A. Evaluate the current environment
B. Convert existing data to an error reduced set and/or to a new database format
C. Install new application or convert/upgrade current application (including any existing script or macrolike routines)
D. Update any 3rd-party integrations
E. Migrate the converted data
F. Perform functional testing in the new environment (with client involvement)
G. Adjust settings and options to performance desires of the client
H. Deploy the full integration of the migrated data into new environment
I. Provide the transfer of knowledge and develop user training
J. Provide user training (option)
K. Create new application documentation and version control tracking of documentation and respective application versions
L. Provide after-release maintenance support
